Audi continúa con su extenuante política de rentabilización de motorizaciones y versiones, y en este caso, nos referimos a uno de los capos del año, la versión RS del Audi A7.

Sobre el nicho de mercado abierto por el Mercedes-Benz CLS, el resto de germanos han tratado de imitar la fórmula del éxito de berlinas de cinco puertas y un aroma coupé en la caída del maletero.

Así que, siguiendo la tradición de últimos años, el A7 recibe el propulsor turboalimentado de ocho cilindros y 552 CV de potencia, que ya han recibido otros modelos de la marca.

Como ya hemos comentado tantas veces, las ventajas de la turboalimentación, en prestaciones y consumo; no en vano nos encontramos ante una mejora de eficiencia que, sin embargo, hace de tabla rasa.

Y es que probar el fantástico motor de la casa de Inglostadt, aun siendo una experiencia totalmente satisfactoria, nos deja un sabor de boca a repetición: tendremos que mirar los detalles de nuestro salpicadero para recordar que no estamos en, por ejemplo, un Audi RS6 Avant.

Por cierto, que hay cerca de 7.000 euros de diferencia a favor del segundo, y una diferencia de practicidad abismal.
