Tras las versiones Sedán y Estate, Mercedes-Benz desvela cómo serán las versiones Coupé y Cabrio de su Clase E. No será hasta marzo, durante el Salón de Ginebra cuando podamos ver todos los detalles de estas dos nuevas carrocerÃas, pero de momento tenemos algunas fotografÃas e información interesante.
Las novedades estéticas son más que evidentes, y quizá, más adecuadas para estos dos modelos que para las versiones más familiares Sedán y Estate. Las grandes entradas de aire del frontal pueden parecer adecuadas para las versiones deportivas de las carrocerÃas Coupé y Cabrio, pero no me las acabo de imaginar junto con un Clase E Estate de color negro y llantas discretas.
En el interior también encontraremos algunos cambios, que se centran en mejorar la experiencia de usuario en relación al sistema de infotaiment, además de algunas mejoras puramente estéticas, como la posibilidad de escoger nuevos materiales para recubrir el salpicadero.
En cuanto a los motores, se ofrecerán seis motores de gasolina de 184 CV a 408 CV y tres diésel de 170 CV a 265 CV, todos ellos con mejoras en los datos de emisiones para poder cumplir con la normativa Euro 6. Por el momento no se han facilitados los datos detallados de consumos, pero desde la marca alemana se asegura que se han conseguido significativos avances.
Al igual que sus hermanos, las carrocerÃas Coupé y Cabrio contarán con una nueva y ampliada dotación de sistemas de seguridad y asistencia al conductor, como el asistente de manteniminto de carril, el detector de fatiga o el sistema de ayuda al aparcamiento.
Concretando algo más en lo que a equipamiento se refiere, el nuevo Clase E Cabrio contará como ya es habitual con el sistema de calefacción alrededor del cuello (Airscarf) y el deflector de apertura automática Aircap. Sobre precios todavÃa no sabemos nada de nada, asà que parece que habrá que esperar a Ginebra para tener más detalles.
