Desde el principio este modelo de la marca francesa quiso ser exclusivo, glamuroso, y sin nada que envidiar a los coupés alemanes. Este intento se materializó al presentar el modelo en el Festival de cine de Cannes y en el transcurso del Gran Premio de Mónaco.
En esta misma lÃnea Renault presenta ahora su Laguna Coupé GP Limited Edition. Esta edición especial tiene algunas modificaciones en su aspecto exterior e interior asà como en su equipamiento respecto a las versiones normales. Se podrá combinar con 4 motores diferentes que ya se ofrecÃan en la gama del Renault Laguna Coupé, partiendo del 2.0 dCI de 150 CV.
En el exterior el Laguna Coupé GP Limited Edition se presenta con pintura blanca, techo en negro brillante y llantas de 18 pulgadas “Interlagos“. Además las unidades con este paquete tendrán el logotipo “Mónaco GP“ en los laterales y en el frontal,y los tubos de escape cromados.
En el interior, hay algunos detalles que distinguen a la edición especial. La tapicerÃa es en color negro carbón y hay algunos detalles en el mismo blanco perla que la pintura exterior. Además los asientos tienen grabado el logotipo de la edición especial en el respaldo y si se opta por montar el navegador Carminat TomTom la pantalla de inicio muestra el logo “Monaco GPâ€.
En cuanto al equipamiento, todos los Laguna Coupé GP Limited Edition llevarán faros bi-xenón, luces LED en los faros traseros, sensor de aparcamiento trasero, tarjeta de acceso y arranque y climatizador automático de bizona. Opcionalmente se podrá equipar al vehÃculo con un equipo de sonido BOSE.
En el apartado mecánico también hay una única diferencia, el sistema de dirección a las 4 ruedas 4Control será de serie en estas unidades. En principio comenzará a venderse sólo en Francia por un precio cercano a los 38.000 euros con el motor menos potente.
El precio de la edición especial no es muy elevado dentro de la gama si tenemos en cuenta que el Renault Laguna Coupé GT 4Control dCi 180 FAP cuesta poco más de 37.000 euros. Casi por el mismo precio perdemos 18 CV pero ganamos el sistema 4Control y el equipamiento especÃfico de la edición especial. Otra cosa será que al comparlo con otras marcas nos parezca caro o barato.
Por poner algún ejemplo un Audi A5 Coupé 2.0 TFSI 180 CV cuesta 36.710 euros y un BMW 320i Coupé de 170 CV 36.500 euros. Evidentemente estos precios son sin comparar equipamiento, y será decisión de cada cual valorar que producto tiene una mejor calidad / precio.
